Software Engineer (Python, LLM, MCP)

Working as a Software Engineer you will:

• Collaborate directly with client teams to transform vague specifications into fully functional technical solutions.

• Take charge of hands-on, full-stack development, creating robust applications, APIs, and complex integrations.

• Leverage modern AI coding companions (like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code) to rapidly prototype and deliver software.

• Deploy and configure MCP servers and LLM-driven features to seamlessly link AI workflows with client enterprise data.

• Present regular demonstrations to business stakeholders, rapidly iterating based on their direct feedback.

• Mentor and guide a junior engineer within your two-person pod, conducting code reviews and sharing knowledge.

• Define system architecture, making pragmatic decisions on technology stacks and build-versus-buy dilemmas.

• Design applications with a clear strategy for their future handover or decommissioning once the engagement concludes.

• Excellent Polish & English skills

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree is a strong plus).

• At least 4 years of proven commercial experience in software engineering.

• Proficiency in utilizing Python, agentic frameworks, and AI tools to accelerate the development process.

• Hands-on expertise in designing and building applications powered by Large Language Models and MCP architectures.

• Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguous project scopes and pivot strategies when initial requirements change.

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of actively coding while simultaneously mentoring less experienced team members.

• Communication skills to effectively translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

• Deep understanding of data security and responsible AI practices within sensitive enterprise environments.
