Software Factory Architect

Working as a Software Factory Architect you will:

• Offer expert consultations within various domains of software engineering.

• Serve as a dependable technical advisor for project stakeholders.

• Architect and implement effective software development lifecycles (SDLC) and operational processes.

• Evaluate complex projects to guide decision-making and oversee the end-to-end software solution architecture.

• Drive and continuously improve the overarching engineering vision throughout the software factory.

• Establish structural standards, reference architectures, and industry best practices.

• Guarantee that architectural designs remain aligned and consistent across the entire enterprise.

Our client is a large international public-sector organization operating in a highly regulated and security-focused environment. The organization is responsible for coordinating complex operations, ensuring operational resilience, and maintaining continuity of critical services across multiple stakeholders and jurisdictions. You will join an institution that values structured governance, strong security standards, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration in an international setting.

• Master's degree in a relevant technical field.

• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years working specifically in a similar architectural role.

• Language proficiency: Polish at a C1 level and English at a B2 level.

• In-depth comprehension of various architecture styles.

• Highly proficient in utilizing Microsoft Azure services.

• Practical background in system modeling using ArchiMate notation.

• Possession of at least 2 of the following internationally recognized certifications (or valid equivalents accepted by the contracting authority): Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, or Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA).

• Rate up to 250,00 PLN/h + VAT
