Senior Embedded Engineer

Working as a Senior Embedded Engineer you will:

• Build top-tier software for medical devices while strictly adhering to healthcare regulations.

• Drive technical choices and recommend optimal solutions across all project stages.

• Collaborate closely with the team and stakeholders to resolve advanced technical issues.

• Shape, execute, and refine system and component specifications.

• Design the technical architecture from the initial concept through integration to final delivery.

• Promote engineering best practices and proactively propose workflow enhancements.

• Minimum of 7 years of commercial experience in embedded software engineering.

• Strong proficiency in C/C++ along with solid object-oriented and structured design skills.

• Hands-on background with embedded hardware platforms, such as ARM Cortex-M.

• University degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field.

• High degree of independence, self-reliance, and strong business awareness.

• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive and communicative approach.

• Solid command of spoken and written English and Polish.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with RTOS, BLE, DSP, memory management, or MCU security.

• Ability to read electrical schematics, use laboratory equipment, and understand hardware components.

• Practical knowledge of Python, CI/CD pipelines, and unit testing.

• Background in embedded Linux environments and build systems (e.g., Yocto, Buildroot).

• Track record of successfully launching products and navigating the entire project lifecycle.

• Industry experience in digital health, pharma, or life sciences, particularly with ISO13485 and IEC62304 standards.
