QA Engineer (Java)

Working as a QA Engineer (Java) you will:

• Build, execute, and oversee automated test suites for web, mobile, and embedded medical applications.

• Guarantee that the software meets strict safety and quality benchmarks necessary for patient-facing medical devices.

• Draft and continuously update detailed test specifications and technical documentation.

• Collaborate closely with developers, external QA, and analytics teams to set clear acceptance criteria, align on test strategies, and resolve technical roadblocks.

Our client is a prominent technology provider specializing in advanced digital health and medical software solutions. They build innovative platforms focused on remote patient monitoring, medication adherence, and direct patient engagement. You will be joining a team dedicated to developing safe, state-of-the-art medical devices that actively improve modern healthcare outcomes.

• 3+ years of commercial experience in the software quality assurance sector.

• Proven track record in building and running comprehensive functional tests.

• Strong programming background in Java (version 21+) and the Spring Framework, with a strict focus on clean code principles and design patterns.

• Hands-on experience with UI and API automation frameworks: Selenium, Appium, JUnit4, and RestAssured for REST APIs.

• Familiarity with version control and build tools like Git and Maven, alongside Allure for test reporting.

• Practical knowledge of defect tracking and testing processes using tools like JIRA.

• Fluent Polish & English skills (written and spoken) allowing for seamless daily communication.

• Nice to have: Background in testing mobile applications, setting up CI pipelines in Azure, knowledge of Bluetooth specifications, or a general interest in AI technologies.
