ServiceNow Developer

Working as a ServiceNow Developer you will:

• Design and develop bespoke configurations and custom enhancements within the ServiceNow platform.

• Manage the codebase through rigorous testing, validation, and peer code reviews to ensure system integrity.

• Oversee platform health by handling instance administration, including patch management, performance tuning, and security updates.

• Provide technical support by troubleshooting incidents, fixing bugs, and executing standard operational changes.

• Consult on requirements by translating business needs into technical recommendations and assisting with architectural designs.

• Maintain documentation to ensure all technical specifications and operational procedures are up to date.

• Collaborate internally with Architects and Administrators on strategic projects, risk management, and disaster recovery planning.

• Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and scripting.

• Strong proficiency in code management, including testing protocols and performing code reviews.

• Solid background in system administration, specifically managing updates, patches, and platform security.

• Expertise in incident resolution and proactive system monitoring.

• Ability to perform technical analysis and provide architectural guidance based on business demands.

• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

• Rate to 200,00 PLN/h + VAT
