Modern Endpoint Management Expert

Working as a Modern Endpoint Management Expert you will:

• Oversee and administer large-scale endpoint environments: Manage thousands of physical and virtual workstations running Windows 11 or newer, utilizing Microsoft Configuration Manager (across restricted and unclassified environments) and Microsoft Intune.

• Orchestrate deployments and configurations: Plan and execute the rollout of OS images, software patches, Group Policy Objects, and Intune configuration profiles (CSP/OMA-URI), alongside implementing custom scripts.

• Handle end-to-end application lifecycles: Take charge of packaging, testing, and distributing enterprise software, while ensuring successful rollouts, tracking updates, and managing license renewals.

• Provide 2nd line support and ensure security compliance: Troubleshoot complex installation and configuration issues in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors (like Microsoft), while continuously monitoring and enforcing strict IT security policies.

• Maintain technical documentation: Create and update detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs), system architecture diagrams, and user-friendly guides.

• Drive continuous modernization: Propose, advise on, and implement strategic enhancements to optimize the current workstation infrastructure and end-user experience.

• Deep expertise in centralized endpoint management platforms, specifically Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, EntraID, and Microsoft 365 Apps deployment.

• Extensive background in administering Windows client operating systems and broader IT end-user computing infrastructures.

• Proven ability to seamlessly deploy and troubleshoot Windows Autopilot provisioning.

• Hands-on experience with Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) solutions.

• Strong understanding of modern IT security frameworks, TCP/IP network protocols, and workstation monitoring practices.

• Proficiency in automating administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.

• Familiarity with ITIL-driven environments, particularly concerning change, configuration, and release management using standard ticketing systems.

• Outstanding analytical and troubleshooting capabilities combined with excellent organizational skills.

• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with stellar communication skills, a strong user focus, and the agility to adapt quickly to emerging technologies.
