Cybersecurity Project Manager

Working as a Cybersecurity Project Manager you will:

  • Drive the entire lifecycle and scope of critical security projects from start to finish.

  • Implement project controls to ensure milestones are hit on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

  • Maintain strict quality assurance over all project deliverables.

  • Monitor and communicate any issues, scope adjustments, and contingencies that emerge during execution.

  • Act as the primary liaison with the Project Board and vital stakeholders.

  • Delegate tasks, approve work packages, balance team workloads, and keep your project members motivated.

  • Plan and carefully monitor the delivery processes of all project products.

  • Facilitate clear communication both internally among the team and externally with outside parties.

  • Draft essential project management documentation, such as schedules, logs, plans and clearly define team responsibilities.

  • Host effective project meetings and present comprehensive technical reports to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of commercial IT experience, with at least 8 years specifically in a Project Manager role.

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.

  • Language proficiency: English at a minimum B2 level and Polish at C1 level.

  • Deep familiarity with security policies grounded in industry best practices and standards.

  • Strong architectural background with hands-on experience driving the full lifecycle of IT Security solutions.

  • Practical expertise in utilizing project methodologies and tools, specifically PM2, PMP, PRINCE, and ServiceNow.

  • Proven track record of running cybersecurity projects within EU classified environments.

  • Experience managing resources, budgets, and priorities across cyber investment portfolios or programs.

  • At least 4 recognized certifications, structured as follows:

    • Minimum 2 in Cybersecurity: CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Associate, or an internationally valid equivalent.

    • Minimum 2 in Project & IT Service Management: PM2 Advanced, Prince 2 Practitioner, PMP, ITIL Foundation, or an internationally valid equivalent.
