At least 5 years of hands-on background in engineering Java-based solutions.
Strong grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP), software design patterns, and data modeling.
Extensive expertise using the Spring ecosystem, particularly Spring Boot.
Proven track record of creating robust backend services and RESTful APIs.
Proficiency in relational databases (SQL) and solid understanding of ORM frameworks, specifically JPA (Hibernate).
Familiarity with event streaming platforms like Kafka or alternative message brokers.
Fundamental ability to utilize modern AI tools in daily work.
Hands-on practice designing and deploying microservices-based architectures.
Fluent Polish & English communication skills, ready to thrive in diverse, cross-border teams.
