Business Analyst

Working as a Business Analyst, you will:

• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs
• Identify, specify, and analyze business and system requirements
• Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog
• Actively participate in development team meetings and assist Business Representatives in presenting their needs
• Collaborate with other product teams, technical teams, business representatives, and PMO on project work
• Create and present reports, recommendations, and product development plans (roadmaps)

The client is one of the leading companies in the laboratory testing market. They are operating since 3 decades now and offer a wide range of diagnostic tests for patients, companies and medical facilities. They have modern laboratories in Warsaw, Katowice, Krakow, and other places in Poland. They work on medical equipment, conduct online medical consultations, and have a platform where patients can check their test results.

• Experience in the medical industry
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Owner
• Ability to independently conduct business and system analysis
• Experience in product backlog management
• Familiarity with techniques for analyzing source data, estimation, prioritization, and writing requirements
• Proficiency in IT tools for business and system analysis
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML notations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Experience managing projects using both Agile and traditional methodologies

Additional Assets:

• General knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
• Experience in enterprise architecture modeling
• Practical experience with Enterprise Architect or similar tools
• Practical experience with JIRA or similar tools
• Practical experience with Figma or similar tools
• Knowledge of ArchiMate notation

• Rate up to 150,00 PLN/h + VAT
• Hybrid Work (2 days remote + 3 in the office per week - Krakow)
