Working as a ServiceNow Administrator you will:

Ensure the operational stability, security, and continuous availability of the ServiceNow platform.

Manage system maintenance, including the deployment of updates and efficient incident resolution.

Analyze internal stakeholder needs and translate business requirements into effective technical configurations.

Coordinate with Architects and Developers to oversee platform enhancements and bug fixes.

Deliver professional demonstrations and training sessions for end-users and technical support teams.

Assist in critical organizational processes, such as disaster recovery planning and risk management.

Maintain high-quality technical documentation, including SOPs, user guides, and knowledge base entries.
