ServiceNow Administrator

Working as a ServiceNow Administrator you will:

  • Ensure the operational stability, security, and continuous availability of the ServiceNow platform.

  • Manage system maintenance, including the deployment of updates and efficient incident resolution.

  • Analyze internal stakeholder needs and translate business requirements into effective technical configurations.

  • Coordinate with Architects and Developers to oversee platform enhancements and bug fixes.

  • Deliver professional demonstrations and training sessions for end-users and technical support teams.

  • Assist in critical organizational processes, such as disaster recovery planning and risk management.

  • Maintain high-quality technical documentation, including SOPs, user guides, and knowledge base entries.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administration of the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, maintenance, and platform upgrades
  • Experience in incident management, platform security, and ensuring system availability
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Experience collaborating with Developers, Architects, and IT support teams
  • Strong communication skills, including conducting trainings and creating technical documentation
  • Official certification confirming proficiency in English (required for international cooperation).
