Software Development Manager

Working as a Software Development Manager, you will:

• Lead and develop cross-functional engineering teams (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, QA) delivering digital transformation and automation initiatives

• Define technical vision and oversee architecture design using .NET Core and cloud-native components

• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of solutions built on Azure, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code tools

• Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, monitoring, and release processes

• Drive high code quality standards through regular reviews and enforcement of architectural and security best practices

• Translate business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps and contribute to pre-sales and solution design discussions

• Support onboarding, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across engineering teams

• Track delivery progress, monitor KPIs, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

• Collaborate with international stakeholders across Europe, the USA, and APAC regions

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and facilitate status meetings, retrospectives, and planning sessions

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering excellence

• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering complex IT solutions, including at least 3 years in a leadership role (Tech Lead or Software Development Manager)

• Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core and modern architectural patterns such as microservices, DDD, CQRS, and Event Sourcing

• Practical experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or GCP), Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling

• Proven ability to lead distributed, international engineering teams and mentor senior developers

• Experience collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders in global environments

• Higher education degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field

• Solid understanding of IT service management and delivery frameworks (ITIL v4, DevOps practices, Agile, Kanban)

• Fluent English (minimum B2/C1 level)

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities

• Rate: 160 - 190 PLN/h + VAT
