Identity and Access Management Engineer

Working as an Identity and Access Management Engineer you will:

• Provide 2nd line operational support, diagnosing and resolving complex incidents across MIM, SailPoint, and Entra ID environments.

• Manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and federation services, utilizing protocols such as SAML v2, WS-Fed, and STORK.

• Oversee the full Identity Lifecycle (JML) by administering IGA platforms and integrating them with HR systems.

• Develop and maintain advanced PowerShell automation scripts using Microsoft Graph and REST APIs.

• Streamline workflows within ServiceNow, ensuring seamless request-to-closure execution.

• Maintain MS SQL databases, including the creation of stored procedures and T-SQL query optimization for IAM data.

• Implement system changes following ITIL standards, ensuring robust documentation and rollback planning.

• Collaborate within a DevOps framework, utilizing Git for version control and participating in code reviews.

• Proven experience in IAM/IGA engineering within hybrid environments (Cloud & On-premise).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) or SailPoint.

• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and experience with REST API integrations.

• Solid understanding of SQL Server (T-SQL, table design, and database maintenance).

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, specifically version control (Git) and basic CI/CD workflows.

• Ability to handle incident management and technical troubleshooting in a multi-team infrastructure.

• Fluency in English
