  • Take charge of hands-on pipeline development, managing data ingestion, integration, and transformation processes.

  • Design solid data models and rigorous reconciliation checks to guarantee absolute accuracy and traceability of all numbers.

  • Create intuitive dashboards and self-service BI views (using tools like Sigma) to provide clear, trustworthy insights for the team.

  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, explaining data provenance in plain language, resolving discrepancies, and building trust in the outputs.

  • Mentor and review the work of a junior engineer within your two-person development pod, teaching best practices as you code.

  • Make practical architecture and tooling decisions, balancing speed of delivery with system reliability.

  • Maintain strict standards for data quality, security, and compliance throughout the entire project lifecycle.
